The location is excellent, located 2 minutes from Terminal 5. Our flight was canceled and we took the hotel for the night. Staff were very kind, excellent room, comfortable bed, there was a kettle and tea and cookies but no coffee machine. A fully equipped bathroom, there is both a shower and a bathtub, there were bathrobes and slippers. . In the pictures of the hotel it appears that there is a pool and in fact it is a thermal pool inside a facility of the spa and it is an additional fee of 30 pounds and it does not appear in the description of booking so pay attention. In any case, the cost of a night's sleep was worth it

Staff very professional and considerate. We were exhausted on arrival at near midnite and really welcomed the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in! Room was very spacious with quality fittings. The soundproof windows did an amazing job. Check them out! Great piece of engineering! Absolutely quite! Bathroom large and well appointed. Location fantastic, treat yourself after a long flight or arriving at a late hour. Bonus is 12pm standard checkout and we could leave our bags when we went for a day trip to London. A quality build and totally value for the convenience when you just need to have a good nites sleep!

Obviously, the location is perfect for catching a flight anytime day or night. For our final night in the UK before returning to China, where I live and work (with my Chinese wife) it was a plus to stay at a decent hotel after a number of disappointing hotel experiences across our 2 week holiday (despite the expensive fees - our best stay outside of this hotel was Travelodge. Clean, decent rooms and a great breakfast) Next time we visit the UK we will stay here coming and going. Promise. The breakfast was very good too - the chefs working hard to provide people with what they want freshly cooked.

We were able to upgrade to a club room, which was nice so we only used the club lounge for breakfast. The room was quiet for being at the airport and well appointed (Loved the bath products) Great location at the airport and it was easy to take the train to downtown London as well as take the transfer train to go to our terminal. The gentleman in the lounge serving breakfast was extremely polite and helpful.

It was extremely convenient for flying from terminal 5. So easy to just walk through to catch my flight. The room was lovely and clean, particularly pleased there was tea making facilities and the bathroom was really good and everything worked.
